These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the windbet platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before using our services.
Eligibility Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh to open and operate a windbet account. Age verification is mandatory as part of KYC. Underage accounts are closed immediately.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one windbet account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held.
BDT Transactions Only
windbet operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or supported bank and card methods. Minimum deposit is ৳200.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific requirements applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw without meeting requirements will result in bonus cancellation.
Fair Play Obligation
windbet employs automated fraud detection systems. The use of bots, arbitrage software, matched betting tools, VPNs to circumvent regional rules, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination.
Governing Support Channel
All account disputes, queries, and formal complaints must be submitted in English to the windbet support team at support@windbet. The support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and windbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the windbet website, mobile interface, or associated services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the windbet platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
windbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes that affect Player rights will be communicated via the registered account email address where reasonably practicable.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
windbet is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any real-money game or service offered by windbet. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
By completing the registration process, you declare and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and will remain of legal age for the duration of your use of the platform;
- You are a resident of Bangladesh and are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where the use of online betting and casino services is not prohibited by applicable law;
- You are not acting on behalf of another person, and you are registering the account solely for your own personal use;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of windbet or any of its affiliated entities;
- You have not previously been self-excluded or had your account permanently closed by windbet for a violation of these Terms.
windbet conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued National ID Card, passport, or other identification document to confirm your age, identity, and place of residence. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by windbet may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Registration & Security
Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) windbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts associated with that individual, along with the forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.
When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid and active email address, a current Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your windbet username and password. windbet will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or any other channel. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service;
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where offered;
- Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
- Notify windbet support immediately at support@windbet if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
windbet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a consequence of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Where unauthorised access is confirmed, windbet will take reasonable steps to secure the account and investigate the circumstances, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost due to credential compromise.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency
windbet operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, deposit amounts, wager values, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is applied to player funds, and no foreign exchange fees are charged by windbet on standard transactions.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except in cases where the payment provider does not support withdrawal functionality, in which case an alternative BDT method will be arranged. windbet reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a review period of up to 48 hours from the time of submission. During this period, windbet may verify the source of funds, confirm KYC status, and check that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. windbet reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal that is subject to an ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, abuse of bonuses, or breach of these Terms.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
windbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal cricket promotions tied to the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup calendar. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.
The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on windbet unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met;
- Wagering requirements are calculated on the total of the bonus amount received (and in some cases, the qualifying deposit amount as well) — specific multipliers are stated in each promotion;
- Only wagers placed on eligible markets and game types count towards the wagering requirement. Certain games, including but not limited to live dealer games with high RTP or low house edge, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all;
- Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements will be cancelled at the end of the validity window;
- Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per device. Players found to be claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will have all associated accounts closed;
- windbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. windbet reserves the right to refuse or revoke a bonus offer where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional funds without genuine recreational play intent.
Section 6
Betting & Casino Rules
All bets placed on windbet are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that a bet has been placed correctly before confirming it. windbet does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player — including incorrect selection, incorrect stake amount, or accidental confirmation on a mobile device.
windbet reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:
- Where the odds or market were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error;
- Where the outcome of the event has been determined to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity;
- Where the bet was placed on a suspended market due to a system error that failed to prevent the transaction;
- Where the bet relates to an event that has been cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined under the applicable rules of the sport.
Live (in-play) betting markets are updated in real time. windbet does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets and accepts no liability for the temporary unavailability of odds due to data feed delays, sporting interruptions, or technical issues. Bets that are confirmed and accepted during a brief data outage will be settled based on the recorded odds at the time of acceptance.
Casino games offered on windbet — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. All games are subject to the individual provider's rules, which take precedence over general windbet casino rules in the event of a conflict. Game results are final once the round is completed and cannot be reversed.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on windbet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual in connection with any windbet account or transaction;
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one windbet account, including accounts registered under different names or contact details;
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, sports markets, or promotional competitions offered on windbet;
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, AI-driven betting tools, or any other non-human agent to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the windbet platform in any way;
- Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds between windbet and other betting platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, particularly in conjunction with bonus funds;
- VPN and Geo-Circumvention: Using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy service, or any other technology to disguise your real location for the purpose of accessing windbet from a restricted jurisdiction or circumventing account restrictions;
- Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal through your bank or mobile financial service provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform;
- Money Laundering: Using windbet as a vehicle for depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity.
windbet actively monitors all account activity using automated and manual review systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected, windbet will take immediate protective action including account freezing, withholding of withdrawals, and permanent ban without prior notice. Players who believe a restriction has been applied in error may contact support at support@windbet to request a formal review.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
windbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting windbet support at support@windbet. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
Self-exclusion is a separate process from voluntary account closure. Players who wish to restrict their access to windbet on responsible gaming grounds — including temporary time-out or indefinite self-exclusion — should refer to the windbet Responsible Gaming page for the full self-exclusion procedure. Self-exclusion requests are treated with the highest priority and are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by the player or by windbet — the following consequences apply:
- All bonus balances, pending free bets, and promotional credits are immediately forfeited;
- Any open bets that have not yet been settled will be voided and the stakes returned to the available real-money balance;
- The player's personal data will be retained in accordance with windbet's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations;
- The player may not open a new windbet account without the express written consent of windbet, which will not be granted in cases of account closure due to fraud or material breach of these Terms.
